Create a Microsoft Team

How do I create a Microsoft Team?

Answer

Creating a team:

  1. Once logged in, you will be at the homepage of Microsoft teams
  2. You will want to click into the teams icon on the left side depicted with three figures
  3. An option appears to Create team. You are given four type options, choose which one best fits your team.    
  4. This will direct you to another page that will allow you to create your team name, description of team, and privacy. 
  5. Add people to Team Name
    1. If you want to add somebody with USD, start typing their name and the name should appear or type in an email address to a person you want to add to the team.
    2. If you don’t know who yet you can skip this part and add later.
