How to create an appointment in Outlook?
Answer
Use an appointment when you know you'll be busy but no one else is involved.
- Double-click on the day of the appointment on your calendar
- Unselect all day to block out a specific time
- Type the details
- Click Make Recurring if this event is recurring
- Save & Close and close
