How to create an appointment in Outlook?

Answer

Use an appointment when you know you'll be busy but no one else is involved. 
 

  1. Double-click on the day of the appointment on your calendar
  2. Unselect all day to block out a specific time
  3. Type the details
  4. Click Make Recurring if this event is recurring
  5. Save & Close and close
