Under the Design tab, you have the option to add titles, axes and gridlines using the Add Chart Element tool.  To add a Chart Title go to the Chart Layouts tab and go to the Add Chart Element tab.  Here you have the option of adding a chart title.

Under the Format tab there are numerous options to format the PivotTable Chart.

To change the text on the Pivot Table Chart go to the Format tab and go within the WordArt Styles and you can change the color and style of the text as well as add outlines to the text in the chart.

In a Pivot Table chart, you also have the option to insert a slicer.  Go to the Pivot Chart Tools tab and click on the Analyze  tab.  Observe the Insert Slicer icon and select insert slicer. Select the field name you would like to add as a slicer and click OK.
