What are formulas and functions in Excel?

Answer

To find the Formula Bar, select the formula tab. Formulas are found in the Function Library group on the left. They are divided up among relevant general topic categories. The categories are listed across the top of the Formulas Tab in the Function Library. They include AutoSum, Recently Used, Financial, Logical, Text, Date & Time, Lookup & Reference, Math & Trig, and More Functions.
