How do I request a full video download from Respondus?

Answer

If an instructor has any concerns about a video and would like to review the full download, a request form is provided by Respondus.

 

  1. Click the Request video download link found below the video thumbnails to launch the following dialogue window:

  1. Fill out the form with your instructor information and click the blue Submit button to request a download of the video.
