Zoom Chat session missing from D2L

Missing parts of the recording 

Environment

  • Zoom 

Cause

Chat Recordings are not saved in D2L

Resolution

  1. Chat Recordings are not saved in D2L
  2. Default in-meeting chat save file location will be your local recording location
  3. The default is your Documents\Zoom folder with the meeting name, date and time
