Microphone not working in Zoom

My microphone isn't working in Zoom

Environment

  • Zoom

Cause

Wrong audio source is selected

No Audio on Zoom meeting

Resolution

  1. Update Drivers
  2. Click the ^ next to the microphone
  3. Select the correct audio source
  4. If the correct audio source is selected, disable Automatically adjust microphone volume
    1. Click ^ in the bottom right corner of the taskbar
    2. Right Click Zoom
    3. Click Settings...
    4. Click Audio
    5. Uncheck Automatically adjust microphone volume
