How do I approve a request in Microsoft Shifts?

Environment

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Shifts

Resolution

  1.  Launch Microsoft Teams or navigate to the Web Version 
  2. Click 
  3. Click Shifts 
    Note:     Pin Shifts by right clicking Shifts and clicking Pin
  4. Click Requests
  5. Under In Progress, click appropriate request
  6. Click appropriate action
