How do I take an open shift in Microsoft Shifts

Environment

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Shifts

Resolution

  1. Launch Microsoft Teams or navigate to the Web Version 
  2. Click 
  3. Click Shifts 
    Note: 
    Pin Shifts by right-clicking Shifts and clicking Pin
  4. Click the shift in the Open shifts row
    Note: You may need to change the view to View by: People
  5. Click Request
    Note:
    The Team/Shifts owner will need to approve this request once submitted
