Unable to Print with Pharos While on Wireless

I cannot print with my personal laptop

Error: Failed to contact the Popup Server. The print job has been aborted because Pharos Popup failed to contact the Popup Server. If this problem persists, please notify your system administrator.

Error: Failed to connect to host USD-PHAROS02 on port 28203

Wireless network

Cause

Using the SDVisitor wireless network

Resolution

Disconnect from SDVisitor
Join the eduroam wireless network
