Issue/Question
Cannot link Banner to Image Now. Tried different application plans. Tried printing to link on two separate days and tried different documents and different students. I get the same error message and values com in as Value set by script
Error Details: Script Error detected at line 115, position 2; Description type mismatch 'AppGetTree'
Missing info when linking with Banner and ImageNow

Cause
ImageNow has not been upgraded
Chrome updated
Resolution
- Company Portal by Intune is the replacement for Software Center
- Perform a Windows Search for Company Portal
- Click Apps in the upper-left
- Click Perceptive Content
- Click Install
If you are still having problems
- Open Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of the window
- Click Settings
- Click About Chrome
- Confirm Chrome is up to date
- Right-click your desktop
- Click New
- Click Shortcut
- Paste "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=AccessibilityRestrictiveIA2AXModes --force-renderer-accessibility into Type the location of the item
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Close Chrome
- Open Chrome from new shortcut
- Try linking again
Note: If using Firefox, Secure DNS must be disabled and Cross-Site Tracking must be enabled
- Open Firefox
- Click the 3 lines in the top right corner of the window
- Click Settings
- Click Privacy & Security
- Confirm Browser Privacy is set to Custom
- Un-check Cookies
- Scroll down to Enable DNS over HTTPS using:
- Select Off
