Banner Does Not Link to ImageNow

Issue/Question

Cannot link Banner to Image Now.  Tried different application plans. Tried printing to link on two separate days and tried different documents and different students. I get the same error message and values com in as Value set by script

Error Details: Script Error detected at line 115, position 2; Description type mismatch 'AppGetTree'
 

Environment

• Perceptive Content

Cause

ImageNow has not been upgraded.

Resolution

1. Perform a Windows Search for Software Center
2. Click Software Center 
3. Click ImageNow Update 
4. Click Install 

If you are still having problems

1. Right click your desktop
2. Click New
3. Click Shortcut
4. Paste "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=AccessibilityRestrictiveIA2AXModes into Type the location of the item
5. Click Next
6. Click Finish
7. Close Chrome
8. Open Chrome from new shortcut
9. Try linking again
