Linking ImageNow Documents to Banner

How do I link ImageNow documents to Banner?

Environment

• ImageNow
• Perceptive Content
• Banner

Resolution

1. Click Workflow in the Toolbar
   1. Select your linking queue
   2. In ImageNow Explorer Double-Click the document
2. Open Banner in Chrome
   1. Type SPAIDEN
   2. Search for the student that matches the document
   3. Click the Biographical tab
3. In ImageNowView
   1. Click Re-Link
   2. Index fields from Banner will populate in the ImageNow Preperties
   3. Click  Document Type
   4. Select the Document type for the image
   5. Set any custom properties
4. Once Indexing is complete
   1. Click Route Anywhere button
   2. Click Complete
