Banner Does Not Link to ImageNow

Issue/Question

Cannot link Banner to Image Now.  Tried different application plans. Tried printing to link on two separate days and tried different documents and different students. I get the same error message and values com in as Value set by script

Error Details: Script Error detected at line 115, position 2; Description type mismatch 'AppGetTree'

Missing info when linking with Banner and ImageNow
 

Environment

• Perceptive Content

Cause

ImageNow has not been upgraded

Chrome updated

Resolution

1. Company Portal by Intune is the replacement for Software Center
2. Perform a Windows Search for Company Portal
3. Click Apps in the upper-left
4. Click Perceptive Content
5. Click Install 

If you are still having problems

1. Open Chrome
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the window
3. Click  Settings
4. Click About Chrome
5. Confirm Chrome is up to date
6. Right-click your desktop
7. Click New
8. Click Shortcut
9. Paste "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-features=AccessibilityRestrictiveIA2AXModes --force-renderer-accessibility into Type the location of the item
10. Click Next
11. Click Finish
12. Close Chrome
13. Open Chrome from new shortcut
14. Try linking again

Note: If using Firefox, Secure DNS must be disabled and Cross-Site Tracking must be enabled

1. Open Firefox
2. Click the 3 lines in the top right corner of the window
3. Click Settings
4. Click Privacy & Security
5. Confirm Browser Privacy is set to Custom
6. Un-check Cookies
7. Scroll down to Enable DNS over HTTPS using:
8. Select Off
