ImageNow Not Linking to Student File

Issue/Question

• ImageNow is not working
• ImageNow will not link file to student
• Error: Could not find ID
• Linking documents from Banner isn't working
• An Internal Error has occurred and no error message was set. (:)

Environment

• Perceptive Content/ImageNow

Resolution

1. Log out of ImageNow
2. Clear Internet Browser Cache & Cookies
3. Update Browser
   • Firefox
   • Chrome
   • Edge
4. When starting to link documents, make sure to have the Banner screen open
5. Do not have several of the same browser windows open
6. In upper Right-Hand Corner under Application Plan, select the new plan from the drop-down menu, and it will try to auto-link
