Issue/Question

  • Image Now is not working
  • ImageNow will not link file to student.
  • Error: Could not find ID
  • Linking documents from Banner isn't working

Environment

  • Perceptive Content/ImageNow

Resolution

  1. Log out of ImageNow
  2. Clear Internet Browser Cache & Cookies 
  3. When starting to link documents, make sure to have the Banner screen open
  4. Do not have several of the same browser windows open
  5. In upper Right-Hand Corner under Application Plan, select the new plan from the drop-down menu, and it will try to auto-link
