The stylus for the Tecom Monitor does not work correctly when the computer is in extended desktop mode

Environment

  • Smart Classrooms
  • Hardware
  • Tecom Monitor

Cause

When in extended desktop mode the orientation is off because the wrong monitor is selected in the Tecom settings

Resolution

  1. Open the PenTablet application from the Windows Task Bar
  2. Click Monitor Setting tab
  3. From the drop-down list choose Monitor 2
  4. Click Apply and OK
