Prior to taking an exam
- Follow steps in Testing a Web Cam in Respondus LockDown Browser
- Launch LockDown Browser from desktop
- Click on Help Center in top banner
- Click on I am using Lockdown Browser with a web cam
- Click on Webcam Check to check your webcam
- Click on System Check to check your computer
- Click on Knowledge Base to access Respondus help articles
When taking an exam
- Connect to the network using an ethernet cable if possible
- Close out of the exam and re-open it
Note: As long as there is time remaining, you will not need to use another Attempt to access the exam
