I have the VPN Client installed but am unable to connect
Error: Connection attempt has failed due to network or PC issue
Error: The VPN agent service is not responding. Please restart this application after a minute
Error: VPN Service not available
Error: Cisco AnyConnect failed to start. It is already running in another user's session.
Error: Account Error Something unexpected happened. Please contact your Helpdesk. NSURLErrorDomain - 1003
Error: Login denied. Your environment does not meet the access criteria defined by your administrator.

Resolution
- Restart computer
- Restart DUO device
- After typing in username and password, approve the Duo Push
- You must be coming from a US based IP address
Alternately, you can do this
- Open Duo app on smart phone
- Touch Duo-Protected University of South Dakota
- Take note of passcode displayed
- Open the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client on your computer
- Make certain bast.usd.edu is populated
- Click Connect
- Enter your user name and password
- After your password type a comma and the passcode displayed on your phone (example xxxxxxxx,948233)
- Click OK
