Banner PROD General Menu Not Working

Issue/Question

I can not get the Banner PROD INB General Menu to work anymore.

Environment

Banner
Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer is no longer supported, use another browser)

Cause

Banner update

Resolution

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Remove Favorites from Banner Menu using another browser
1. Click at left
2. Click the next to the favorite to remove
Retry Banner in another browser (Internet Explorer is no longer supported)
