Adding or Removing an Email Address from Copier Address Book (Toshiba)

Issue/Question

Add or remove email in copier address book for scanning to email (Toshiba)

We need to get a new employee's email on the Toshiba printer to replace the email of someone who left

We have employees that can be taken off our Toshiba scanner

There are multiple causes for this issue

Resolution

ITS STAFF ONLY

To Add:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Type IP address of copier into address bar and press Enter
  3. Click Registration tab
  4. Click Address Book tab
  5. Click Add Address
  6. Fill in fields First Name, Last Name and Email Address
  7. Click Save
  8. Test by using scan to feature with test scan

To Remove:

  1. Open a web browser
  2. Type IP address of copier into address bar and press Enter
  3. Click Registration tab
  4. Click Address Book tab
  5. Click on customer name that is to be removed
  6. Click Delete
  7. Click OK
