Instructions

USD Print is a printing feature of Papercut, allowing you to print from your laptop or desktop and release the print job from any of the USDPrint stations. See Multifunction Copier Locations for a complete list of locations.

Install Drivers (If Needed):

Installing USD Print on Personal Computer/Phone/Tablet
Installing USD Print multifunction device printer on USD Computer
Note: USD owned and managed computers may already have the printer installed.

Printing:

Note: Your documents are only stored on the print server for 1 hour before they are deleted automatically

Print your documents to the USD Print printer
Tap or Swipe your University ID at the Copier, or log in using your username and password

- If you do not have a University ID or the card does not work see Article - Requesting Replacement Card
Select Print Release
Click the check box for the print you want
Click Print
Select personal or department account
Click Print
