Issue/Question

Email keeps asking for username and password

Email is going to my Outbox

Environment

  • Outlook

Resolution  

Turn off Cache Mode

  1. Click File
  2. Click Account Settings
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Double click Your Account
  5. Uncheck Use cached exchange mode
  6. Click Next
  7. Click Finish
  8. Click Close
  9. Click File
  10. Click Close
  11. Close Outlook
  12. Reopen Outlook
