Environment

Cause

Old PDF needs to be updated with the given PDF on a USD Website page

New PDF needs to be added on a USD Website Page

Resolution

1. Navigate to the USD Website Request Form
2. Click Request Type drop down
3. Select the type Update Content on Existing Page on the Public Website (www.usd.edu)
4. Copy the Page URL where the PDF is located
5. Paste the copied URL on the Page URL field  
6. On Describe your specific website request box:​​​​​​
   • Explain the request,
   • Mention the old PDF as in Old: Old PDF Link,
   • Specify location(s) that need an update, including details such as the page name, position (top, middle, or bottom), and whether it is within a tab, accordion, or paragraph. For multiple pages, list each page in the same format (if possible, share the screen shot)
7. If it's urgent, mention in Urgent Need box 
8. Use the Attach option to attach the new PDF(s)
9. Check YES in Document Posted Online field
10. Submit
