Requesting Changes or Reporting Issues to USD Website

Issue/Question

We are requesting changes to the webpage
Incorrect information found on USD website
The website is not working
Website is timing out
A change was made in the DIM but it is not showing up on the live site

Environment

  1. USD Website

Resolution

  1. For website changes, fill out USD Website Request
    Note: If the URL does not start with www.usd.edu or my.usd.edu follow article Requesting Changes/Updates to Web Applications 
  2. For all other website problems, please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. Error message being received

  1. If the change is to a component that cannot be managed within Sitecore or is an apps.usd.edu website
  2. If the change is on the public website in the Technology section
  3. If this is an issue with MongoDB follow Fixing MongoDB issues
