Webcam Microphone Not Working Consistently in Zoom - macOS

Issue/Question

The video works consistently but the microphone needs to me to restart the computer before each meeting

Environment

• macOS
• Zoom
• HD 1080P Webcam

Cause

Incorrect microphone selected

Resolution

1. Open Zoom
2. Click upper right corner
3. Select Audio
4. Click HD 1080 Webcam
5. Select Same as system (HD1080 Webcam)
6. Uncheck Automatically adjust microphone volume
7. Click Test mic
8. Close Settings window
