Speakers Not Playing in Zoom

The computer speakers are not working in Zoom meetings

Environment

  • Windows
  • Zoom

Cause

RealTek audio issue in Zoom

Resolution

  1. Click +I
  2. Click Sound
  3. Click on the speakers that you are using
  4. Scroll down and click on the drop down menu to the right of Audio enhancements
  5. Click Off
  6. Test the speaker again in Zoom
