Self Service Account is Locked, Logon Denied

Issue/Question

After clicking on the Banner link in SNAP is says Im locked
I am not able to get into my Banner
I cannot register
I am unable to log into the Advisor Dashboard
Error: The account in locked and login denied
Error: account is locked; logon denied
Error: Your web access has been disabled
I'm locked out of my account in Banner
Student worker Unable to access Timesheet Error: Your web access has been disabled

  • SNAP
  • Student Time sheet

Resolution

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    1. Complete error message
    2. What you are attempting to do or log into
