Issue/Question

An unknown name, YuJa Admin is appearing in D2L Course Offerings in the Dropbox

Environment

Cause

A new integration has been enabled in D2L production environment for Panorama.  This caused an unforseen issue where an internal account, Yuja Admin, is being displayed with in a course's dropbox

Resolution

  1. The account will be disabled in the near future - SDBOR is working on completing the Panorama integration in D2L and will make it so that the Yuja admin account is not visible
