Having Multiple Phone Numbers Tied To One Voicemail Box

Issue/Question

I would like to have two phone numbers share a voicemail box and go to one email address

Can we forward voicemail from employees that are no longer here

Environment

  • Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phones
  • Voicemail

Cause

An former employee's voicemail needs to be temporarily redirected until a replacement is hired

Resolution

  1. Contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    1. The requested phone numbers
    2.  Which current user account or email address to use
