Changing Requestor on a Ticket

Can I change the requestor on a ticket

Environment

  • TeamDynamix

Resolution

  1. Open the ticket
  2. Click Edit button
  3. Click the  and search to verify the person is not in TeamDynamix
    1. Search by, First, Last, Email and banner ID
    2. If you find them, click their name to add them 
    3. Click Save
  4. If they are not found Click in the Requestor field to Add the new contact
    1. Required fields:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Primary Email
      • Alert/Notification Email
  5. Click Save
  6. On the Update screen click Save
  7. Verify the requestor has changed
