Can I change the requestor on a ticket
Environment
Resolution
	- Open the ticket
 
	- Click Edit button
 
	- Click the  and search to verify the person is not in TeamDynamix
	
		- Search by, First, Last, Email and banner ID
 
		- If you find them, click their name to add them 
 
		- Click Save
 
	
	 
	- If they are not found Click in the Requestor field to Add the new contact
	
		- Required fields:
		
			- First Name
 
			- Last Name
 
			- Primary Email
 
			- Alert/Notification Email
 
		
		 
	
	 
	- Click Save
 
	- On the Update screen click Save
 
	- Verify the requestor has changed
