How do I renew adobe license?
I need to have adobe updated

Error: In 30 days, the membership giving you access to Creative Cloud will expire.  Please contact your administrator for additional assistance

Error: Please update your billing information to avoid losing access to Illustrator CC

Environment

• Adobe Creative Cloud

Cause

Annual renewal process not yet completed

Resolution

Note: Adobe Creative Cloud licenses renew each September 14.  The renewal window is August 14 to October 14.  Your existing license will continue to work until Oct 14.

Renewal process:

1. ITS will contact each department to confirm the number of licenses that need to be renewed.
2. ITS will then issue a single purchase order for the campus to renew the licenses and bill each department for their licenses.
3. Once Adobe processes the purchase order, your license will renew automatically.
