Receiving Notification - Work or Student Account Problem

Issue/Question

I keep getting a notification on my office desktop computer that says the following:

"Work or school account problem - Select here to fix your credentials. Or, go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school settings, and select Sign In again to fix your work or school account."

  • Microsoft Office

Cause

Clicking No, Sign in to this app only when prompted by Microsoft Office to sign in

Resolution

  1. Click OK when prompted Stay signed into all of your apps
