Issue/Question
I received an email saying that my permissions to ImageNow have been updated. When I go to https://imagenow.sdbor.edu/webnow/ it pulls up a blank page with an error
- Error: Unsupported plugin
I am unable to get ImageNow to work on my Mac
Environment
- macOS
- Safari
- Firefox
- Chrome
Cause
ImageNow/Perceptive Content client (desktop install) is not available for Mac products.
Resolution
A Mac installer is unavailable for ImageNow/Perceptive Content. Mac users should use the Webnow version instead.
