How do I share documents from Google Drive? 

Answer

The last key function on Google Drive is the ability to share files. When you have a file open, there will be a Share button in the top right corner. After clicking this button you will be given the options below. 

  1. Add the email of the person you wish to share the file with
  2. Decide whether they can edit the file, comment on it or just simply view it
  3. Once you have all the email addresses entered, click Done and an email will be sent confirming the invitation to access the file. There is also the option to make a sharable link.
