How do I share documents from Google Drive?
Answer
The last key function on Google Drive is the ability to share files. When you have a file open, there will be a Share button in the top right corner. After clicking this button you will be given the options below.
- Add the email of the person you wish to share the file with
- Decide whether they can edit the file, comment on it or just simply view it
- Once you have all the email addresses entered, click Done and an email will be sent confirming the invitation to access the file. There is also the option to make a sharable link.
