Disputing Coyote Card Deposit

Issue/Question

We received two transaction disputes for coyote cash purchases done by credit card

Environment

  • Coyote Cash
  • Coyote Card
  • Credit Card Dispute submitted

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Reason for the dispute
    2. As much details as possible on the details of the credit card transactions
      • Date & time of original Transaction
      • Name of Card holder
      • Last four digits of the card used
