Panopto login through Desire2Learn (D2L) is not working

Error: The request’s x_target value does not match the allowed values for this application. Contact your administrator

I can't access my Panopto videos through my D2L course

Environment

• D2L
• Panopto

Cause

The log-in integration between Panopto and D2L is broken at the state level

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Details of error messages received
   2. D2L Course Name(s) affected
