Environment

  • Service Desk
  • Cheqroom

Resolution

USD STAFF ONLY

  1. Sign into Cheqroom using SSO
  2. Select appropriate Workspace and Location in the top left panel
  3. Locate the user's reservation
  4. Select their reservation
  5. Click Proceed to checkout in the upper right-hand corner
  6. Verify the user's contact phone number
  7. Put in today's date for the signed agreement 
    Note: The agreement must be signed at every checkout
  8. Click Check out in the upper right hand corner
  9. Click Actions
  10. Select Generate PDF...
  11. Select User Agreement
    Note: Direct customer to the Checkout Rules on the desk before they sign
  12. Scroll down and click the pencil icon 
  13. Have the user sign the iPad
  14. Select Generate
  15. Provide the user with the needed equipment
  16. Checkout is now complete
