Requesting Refunds for Printing with Pharos

Issue/Question

Requesting to reimburse funds after errors with print job 

I tried to print a document and it would not print and charged me

Environment

  • Pharos

Cause

Printout that is unusable due to damage or poor print quality

The printer did not print out the documents

Resolution

We have a no refund policy for printing

  1. Each student receives $28.00 Pharos Print Balance for each academic year, which offset common printing mistakes and mishaps
  2. If you have a printout that is unusable due to damage or poor print quality
    1. Take it immediately to the Academic Commons Lab Consultant or Help Desk so that it can be reprinted at no additional cost
      1. If you do not do so immediately, they will be unable to assist you
