Requesting to reimburse funds after errors with print job 

I tried to print a document and it would not print and charged me

Environment

  • Pharos
  • UPrint

Cause

Printout that is unusable due to damage or poor print quality

The printer did not print out the documents

Resolution

  1. We have a no refund policy for all printing
  2. Each student receives a $28.00 Pharos Print Balance for each academic year, to offset common printing mistakes and mishaps
  3. If you have a printout that is unusable due to damage or poor print quality:
    • Take it immediately to the Academic Commons Lab Consultant or Service Desk so that it can be reprinted at no additional cost
    • If you do not do so immediately, after 24 hours they will be unable to assist you
