I am unable to register for classes due to an error when signing into the Self-Service portal

- Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
Note: if you are a new student you will be unable to sign into Snap and must follow the Register for Classes link below
- Verify that you have followed Register for Classes
- Clear your Cache and Cookies
- Provide the text or a screenshot of the error message
