I am unable to register for classes due to an error when signing into the Self-Service portal

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    Note: if you are a new student you will be unable to sign into Snap and must follow the Register for Classes link below
    1. Verify that you have followed Register for Classes
    2. Clear your Cache and Cookies
    3. Provide the text or a screenshot of the error message
