Cancelling My Online Bookstore Order

How do I cancel an item on my online bookstore order?

Environment

• Charlie's Bookstore & Fan Shop
• usd.textbookx.com
• USD's Online Bookstore

Cause

I ordered the wrong book

Resolution

1. Go to USD’s Online Bookstore
2. Click Log In & sign in with your USD credentials
3. Click Help at the top of the page
4. Click I need help with my order
5. Click the order
6. Click Pick for the item you want to cancel
7. Click I’d like to cancel this book
8. Click Cancel Now!
9. If the order is already processed by the seller, you may not be able to cancel the order
10. If unable to cancel an order, when you receive the book, follow instructions on Returning Book to Online Bookstore
11. If you need to return because the course changed the books needed, contact your instructor for resolution
