Returning Book to Online Bookstore

Issue/Question

I recently bought two books through your online bookstore but will need to return them since the class isn’t available anymore.

Cause

Returning books

Resolution

1. Go to USD's Online Bookstore 
2. Sign in with your USD credentials
3. Select Returns at the top of the page
4. Select the order number of the item you want to return
5. Select View Order Details
6. If the book is returnable, select the checkbox for each item you will be returning, select the return reason from the drop down
7. Marketplace book returns are at the discretion of the seller
8. Select Click Here To Generate A Printable Packaging Slip
9. Package the book according to the packing slip instructions
10. Return shipping charge is paid by the customer
