Uploading Microsoft Office Profile Picture

Issue/Question

How do I upload a profile picture to my Microsoft Office account?

Environment

• Microsoft
• Outlook 365
• Office 365

Cause

Needing to upload a profile picture to Microsoft Office account.

Resolution

1. Sign in to your Office account
2. Click your Profile Picture
3. Click My Office profile
4. Click Update profile
5. Click
6. Click  Upload a new photo
7. Click the photo you wish to upload
8. Click Open
   Note: You may need to zoom in/out of the photo slightly if your photo upload is rendering incorrectly
9. Click Apply

10. Note:  It may take 48-72 hours to sync the profile photo between Office apps. You may need to restart the Outlook mobile app to clear any previously cached photo data.
