How do I use the Zoom add-in in Outlook
Environment
- Outlook 365
- Zoom
- Windows
- MacOS
Resolution
Windows
- Go to Windows AppSource - Zoom for Outlook Extension
- Click Get it now and follow the prompts
Mac
- Go to Windows AppSource - Microsoft Outlook
- In the Zoom for Outlook Extension box click Get it now
- Enter USD email address and click Sign in
- Click Get it now
- Click Continue
Note: If you are still getting a calendar synchronization error in Zoom, complete the following steps:
- Sign into usd.zoom.us
- Select Profile and scroll down to the Others section
- Click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service
- Select Office 365
- Click Next
- Confirm Authorize with OAuth 2.0 is checked
- Choose your permissions
- Click Authorize
