Adding Zoom to Outlook

How do I use the Zoom add-in in Outlook

Environment

  • Outlook 365
  • Zoom
  • Windows
  • MacOS

Resolution

Windows

  1. Go to Windows AppSource - Zoom for Outlook Extension
  2. Click Get it now and follow the prompts 

Mac

  1. Go to Windows AppSource - Microsoft Outlook  
  2. In the Zoom for Outlook Extension box click Get it now
  3. Enter USD email address and click Sign in
  4. Click Get it now
  5. Click Continue

Note: ​​​​​​​If you are still getting a calendar synchronization error in Zoom, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign into usd.zoom.us
  2. Select Profile and scroll down to the Others section
  3. Click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service
  4. Select Office 365
  5. Click Next
  6. Confirm Authorize with OAuth 2.0 is  checked
  7. Choose your permissions
  8. Click Authorize
