Name Change for D2L

Issue/Question

My profile name on D2L is showing up incorrectly

Environment

• D2L

Cause

The D2L profile name is pulled from banner using the preferred first name and legal last name.  

Resolution

1. Students
   • Contact the Registrar's Office to change your Preferred First name 
2. Faculty
   • Contact Human Resources to have your Preferred first updated 

Note: These updates should flow to D2L Real-time but may take 15 minutes to display
