Cause

Resolution

1. Uninstall current version
   1. Click
   2. Select
   3. Select Apps
   4. Select Apps and Features
   5. Scroll down and select Zoom
   6. Click Uninstall
   7. Click Uninstall
2. Open a browser to https://insidestate.sdstate.edu/
3. Click More
4. Scroll down to click Zoom
5. Run the install found on that page
