The e-BRIDGE Open Platform Connector got Login exception. Please contact your Administrator. (Error: the EDI could not contact any server for authentication.)

I cannot login to the department printer with my username and password​​​​​​

Resolution

  1. Restart copier 
  2. If still displaying error contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Location of copier
    2. Error
    3. Troubleshooting steps attempted
