Error on copier

The e-BRIDGE Open Platform Connector got Login exception. Please contact your Administrator. (Error: the EDI could not contact any server for authentication.)

The e-BRIDGE Open Platform Connector got Login exception. Please contact your Administrator. (Error: An internal server error occurred. logon plugin threw an exception)

The e-BRIDGE Open Platform Connector got Login exception. Please contact your Administrator. (Error: An internal server error occurred. Your username was not found in the card ID system)

I cannot login to the department printer with my username and password​​​​​​

The e-BRIDGE Open Platform Connector is not configured correctly.  Try pressing "Access" button to clear the error.  If the problem persists  please contact your Administrator.

Environment

  • Pharos
  • Toshiba Copier

Resolution

  1. Restart Copier
  2. Restart Card Reader
  3. If still displaying error contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Location of copier
    2. Error
    3. Troubleshooting steps attempted
